Order Processing Time
- Orders process within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation.
- Warehouse operates Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
- Weekend and holiday orders may experience minor delays.
Shipping Cost
Default shipping includes tariffs and duties (where applicable).
Upgrading to air freight will incur additional costs:

Transportation Upgrade Policy
- Switching to air freight after ordering requires paying the cost difference.
- You are responsible for all import duties/taxes.
- Customs clearance may extend delivery by 1–3 business days.
Delivery Options
1.Standard Delivery (Free Tier)
- Small/medium items: Delivered to front door or garage; no signature required.
- Large items: Freight carrier to curbside; appointment and signature required.
2.Curbside Delivery
- Delivered to curb or driveway; carrier schedules appointment.
- Signature required.
- Carriers are not permitted to enter your home.
- Inspect packaging before signing. If damaged, refuse delivery and send photos.
3.Threshold Delivery
- Delivered to first dry area (garage, porch, etc.).
- Appointment & signature required.
- Carrier will not enter your home.
- Inspect and refuse if damaged. Photos required.
4.White Glove Delivery (Optional Upgrade)
- Delivered to room of your choice
- Unboxed and assembled (if needed)
- Packaging removed
- Appointment required; additional fee applies
- Inspect before signing; refuse and send photos if damaged

Tracking Your Order
- You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
- Tracking updates may take 48–72 hours.
- If tracking is not updating, contact us at support@yovalightings.com and we will investigate within 48 hours.
Delays & Compensation Policy
Notification
- We’ll notify you within 3-5 business days if delivery is delayed.
- Notice includes updated logistics status, revised ETA, and optional solutions.
Refund or Reshipment Eligibility
- Delivery delay exceeds 4 weeks
- Shipment is not held in customs
- Shipping address is correct and was not rejected

> Exclusions

Final Notes
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
- White Glove Delivery is not available in all regions.
- All shipping quotes include basic transportation insurance (EXW terms).
