A 10% order handling & restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Product Inspection Upon Delivery
It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the product upon delivery.

Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.

Failure to report damages within 30 days may void eligibility for a return or refund.

Many of our products are handcrafted and incorporate natural materials.

Variations in color, surface texture, veining, and minor imperfections are natural characteristics and not considered defects.
Special / Custom Orders
Special or custom orders are made to order and cannot be canceled, changed, or returned once production has started.

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement: No penalty

Orders canceled after 24 hours but before shipment: 5% cancellation fee

Orders canceled after shipment: 10% restocking fee
(Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.) -
Special or custom orders canceled before shipment: 50% cancellation fee
(Production begins immediately upon confirmation.)
